Warped Bringing Back Maestro Del Tiempo For Limited Time
It’s been off the market since 2020, but if you were a fan of the discontinued Maestro del Tiempo line from Warped Cigars, the company plans on resurrecting one of its sizes. It’s the 6102R vitola, and nothing about it has changed. The cigar will still be made in Nicaragua by Aganorsa Leaf still measures 5 1/4 inches by 48 ring gauge and offered in its original 100-count cabinet.
The all-Nicaraguan blend is the same as the original: Corojo ’99 wrapper, a binder from Condega and a filler combination of Corojo ’99, Criollo ’98 and medio tiempo tobacco. It will have a suggested retail price of $15 per cigar or $1,500 per cabinet. Only 400 boxes are being produced. Brand owner Kyle Gellis characterizes the strength of this cigar as “medium-plus.”
The re-released Maestro del Tiempo 6102R will be on display and available to order at the upcoming PCA trade show in New Orleans. As for when you can buy it, you will need to wait a few months, with shipments to retailers expected in the early fall.
