Succession Takes Home Three Golden Globes
The lauded HBO series “Succession” won three more awards, taking the 2022 Golden Globes for best drama series, best supporting actress in a television show (Sarah Snook) and best actor in a television drama series (Jeremy Strong.) The series came home with more wins than any other television show.
The star of “Succession,” Brian Cox, is on the current cover of Cigar Aficionado magazine, and his story goes into detail about the show, as well as his long and storied career on television, in film and on the stage. Cox won the 2020 Golden Globe for best television actor in a drama with his work on “Succession.”
The HBO show, which recently wrapped its third season, follows the story of the über rich and powerful Roy family, and their battles to stay prominent and see which family member will succeed the patriarch, Logan Roy, played brilliantly by Cox.
