Siglo’s Second Reclaimed Humidor Holds More Basketball History
Were you one of the six (or so) million people who watched the 2021 NBA All-Star game in Atlanta four years ago? Team LeBron defeated Team Durant 170–150, when Covid-19 protocols were still in place. Chinese cigar gear company Siglo Accessory was able to secure some floorboards from the game and has created a humidor from the reclaimed court wood.
The Siglo NBA Reclaimed Humidor Atlanta 2021 edition is made of Spanish cedar on the inside and floorboards on the outside for a striking piece of sports memorabilia that holds 200 cigars.
“We keep all the marks of the court,” the company says. “Traces of footprints of your favorite player may be found somewhere on the humidor, adding to the uniqueness.”
Each officially licenced humidor retails for $4,490 and comes with two humidification devices, a hygrometer and a numbered certificate of authenticity. Only 150 of these units have been produced.
This is the second humidor in Siglo’s NBA Reclaimed series. Last year’s release featured floorboards from the 2011 NBA All-Star game, played in Los Angeles.
