OpusX Society Combo Humidor And Watch Winder
People who enjoy fine cigars often share an appreciation for luxurious timepieces, and having a collection of premium watches requires a way to keep them moving in order for them to keep proper time when not on your wrist. Now Fuente The OpusX Society by Manny Iriarte is collaborating with Wolf Est. 1834 to bring a combination humidor and watch winder to the cigar world, and a prototype of the new accessory will be on display at the PCA trade show, which begins tomorrow in Las Vegas.
Iriarte worked with Wolf chief executive officer Simon Philip Wolf V to create the accessories, which can hold up to 75 cigars and rotate up to three watches at once. (There are drawers to hold more watches, but the drawers do not have the feature that moves a watch.) Each is made with Italian leathers, Spanish cedar, and are finished in either blue birdseye maple veneer or ash dyed black veneer.
Like all Wolf winders, these models include the company’s axis rotation system, which ensures the watches stored inside turn a precise number of times each day.
