Guy Fieri To Headline Big Smoke Las Vegas Seminars
Anyone who’s ever watched the show “Diners, Drive-Ins And Dives” knows that its firebrand host, Guy Fieri, is unapologetically passionate about showing us the obscure comfort food of smalltown America. He may be just as passionate about cigars. This fall, Fieri will be taking center stage during the daytime seminars of the Las Vegas Big Smoke, held at the Horseshoe Las Vegas on November 6 and 7. If you’re wondering what Fieri knows about cigars, don’t forget that he has a brand called Knuckle Sandwich, made in partnership with Erik Espinosa of Espinosa Cigars. And if you’re familiar with the Fieri ethos, then you know he’s all in.
Fieri, who appeared on the cover of Cigar Aficionado in 2023, is an exciting addition to the Big Smoke seminars, but a cigar lineup is extra special. Those who attend our cigar seminars will have the chance to smoke Cigar Aficionado’s current No. 1, No. 3 and No. 4 Cigars of the Year: the Padrón 60th Anniversary Perfecto, Tatuaje Black Petite Lancero and Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sungrown Pyramid No. 9, respectively. The Cigar of the Year—a $75 perfecto—is particularly rare and only made by two cigarmakers in Padrón’s factory. It’s a 97-point smoke that’s not only difficult to find, but the second perfecto shape the Padróns have ever commercially released.
During the day on Saturday, the seminars will kick off, giving guests the opportunity to smoke some of the finest cigars in the world while hearing directly from industry luminaries. Take note, however, that these tickets are limited and tend to sell out fast, typically well before the event date.
