Cigar Aficionado’s 2026 Father’s Day Gift Guide

If only for a day, our collective attention turns to the patriarch–and the age-old question: “What to get him?” Because flowers and sweets aren’t right for Dad, we put together a selection of pleasing cigar accessories, den gear, drinking accoutrements, gadgets, reading material and cookery–whether you’re on the giving or receiving end.

Sterling Hunter Flask from Ettinger

A Flawless Flask
Flasks are great in principle, but most have a flaw—they make hygienically sharing a drink difficult. With the Sterling Hunter Flask from Ettinger, you can divvy up its contents into four separate, sterling silver cups. So you and your friends need not swig like Visigoths from the flask, but can sip and savor like gentlemen. The flask (also sterling) holds eight ounces of your favorite liquid (we suggest a peaty Scotch or perhaps a Bourbon of some age) and resembles a short thermos. In true Ettinger form (the family-owned company has made leather goods in the United Kingdom for nearly 100 years), it’s wrapped in Italian calf leather, with your choice of orange, purple, red and (pictured here) turquoise. Take it hiking, fishing or just keep it in your briefcase for when inspiration strikes. ($230)

WoodnLuxury Italian Furniture luxury bars

Turning the Corner
If you doubt the power of a home bar to transform a space, check out what Otter’s setup did to a simple fraternity dorm room in Animal House. WoodnLuxury Italian Furniture luxury bar units instantly change the environs–as the piece shown did to a lonely corner. It’s outfitted with stained glass, mirrors, hand-carved panels, a brass foot rest and plenty of storage. The company makes dozens of bars in a range of styles from traditional to contemporary. As well as the many choices in size and finish you can also custom order. Stools are also available to complete the gentleman’s retreat. ($6,295)

Guinness Collectors-Edition Pint Glass Set

A Stout Order
Guinness, the maker of world-famous Irish stouts, came to the advertising game late, but when they did (in 1930) it was with some of the best branding in history. The Guinness Collectors-Edition Pint Glass Set celebrates the vintage commercial posters that have become collectibles. There is the mischievous menagerie created by artist John Gilroy, represented in the set by the Toucan and the Tortoise. Then there’s the vintage label, in use since 1876. Finally, the collection includes the modernized harp logo, long a part of the company’s promotions (as well as being part of Ireland’s coat-of-arms). The glasses are a throwback to a simpler time when spreading the word was more straightforward, reliant on artistic designs and catch phrases like “My goodness, my Guiness” to capture attention. ($52)

Hermès Humidor

Thinking Inside the Box
Sure, an Hermès tie is a luxurious Father’s Day gift, but you could take it a step or two further with a Hermès Humidor. The haute couture house of fashion also makes cigar accessories, and, no surprise, its Casaque H Milleraies cigar box is one of the most stylish ways to preserve puros. Made in France, the humidor (13 inches by 4.7 by 9.1) is adorned with Hermès’ signature bridle leather on its outer lid. Fine vertical and horizontal lines are hot-stamped into the leather, creating a pattern of gold pinstripes that form a subtle H when you look at the humidor at just the right angle. ($9,700)

Montblanc Meisterstück Great Masters Ferrari Tailor Made Classica Special Edition fountain pen

Driving the Point Home
Dad’s stuck in a boardroom meeting. He’s daydreaming about classic sports cars again. In his hand there’s a reminder of his weekend plans at the racetrack. He smiles, holding the Montblanc Meisterstück Great Masters Ferrari Tailor Made Classica Special Edition fountain pen that pays tribute to the Italian luxury-car manufacturer Ferrari and the design of the 250 GTO steering wheel. The pen’s wood cap and barrel are accented by a black lacquer stripe that mirrors the rim of the steering wheel. Platinum-coated fittings with a cross-hatch pattern reference the surface texture of the steering wheel’s metal spokes. Adorned with an 18K solid gold nib with rhodium coating, the writing instrument also features the Ferrari Cavallino Rampante (Prancing Horse) logo and a yellow resin Montblanc emblem that calls to mind to the car maker’s vibrant Giallo Modena color. ($4,000)

Gozney Arc XL Pizza Oven

The Future of Pizza
While not as convenient as ordering out, homemade pizza has always offered a special ingredient not found at most pizzerias: love. Looking like an appliance out of “The Jetsons”, the gas-powered Gozney Arc XL Pizza Oven not only feels futuristic, it can deliver restaurant quality, 16-inch pizzas directly from the backyard in as little as 60 seconds. Capable of reaching 950 degrees Fahrenheit, the arcing flame replicates the rolling, yellow flame found in a traditional pizza oven and provides an even, consistent heat that can be carefully controlled with the precision temperature gauge to ensure no one gets the burnt slice. Available in two finishes: Bone and Off Black. ($1,000)

Seven Tenths of a Second: Life Leadership and Formula 1

The Book On Winning At Fast Speeds
Zak Brown knows how to win. He’s the chief executive officer who led the McLaren Racing F1 team to its first Constructor’s title in 25 years, when it won the coveted F1 crown in 2024. His book, Seven Tenths of a Second: Life Leadership and Formula 1, reveals his mindset before the big races and shows you what it takes to lead. An American who has invaded a European sport, he’s the outsider who’s soared to the top of this high-end world where drivers are paid tens of millions of dollars a year to whiz around tracks in $20 million cars, moving at speeds of more than 200 miles an hour. “I’m a million-miles-an-hour guy,” he writes. ($24)

Sonus Faber Lamborghini Edition Loudspeakers

Speaking Italian
These limited-edition loudspeakers are a union of two Italian icons in their respective fields: Sonus Faber, which has been called the “Stradivarius of speakers,” and Lamborghini which needs no introduction at all. In a licensed collaboration, Sonus Faber has taken its Il Cremonese Ex3me model and given it the angles, colors and textures of the racy style of the supercar with Sonus Faber Lamborghini Edition Loudspeakers. On paper, the 3.5-way speakers have 4-ohm nominal impedance, a frequency response of 25 to 35000 Hz and sensitivity of 92 dB SPL (2.83V/1 m). When powered up, the result is sonic realism and neutrality without coloration. These units will stimulate the eye as much as the ear—each speaker stands nearly five feet tall and comes in five colors, all from the official Lamborghini factory palette. Only 50 pairs were made. ($130,000 per pair)

S.T. Dupont’s The Torch

Put a Torch to It
At first glance, it looks like a thick pen, and that might be the idea, as S.T. Dupont is known as much for its writing instruments as it is for its cigar accessories. But S.T. Dupont’s Torch is actually a sleek butane lighter that gives you more exacting control than typical double- and triple-jet lighters, while maintaining the look of a wand. Its fine flame allows you to light your cigar with pinpoint accuracy (it’s especially useful for targeted touch-ups should your cigar go out or start to burn unevenly.) What sets it apart from other long lighters is its rotating nozzle. The Torch comes in two models: black lacquer with gold details or black lacquer with silver details. Both are capped with S.T. Dupont’s signature guilloché diamond pattern. ($595)

Elie Bleu Flor de Alba Marquetry Sycamore Backgammon Set

Getting Back in the Game
Backgammon is an age-old game that has long held a place in back parlor cigar rooms, a pursuit that goes hand-in-hand with a fine smoke. Now, a manufacturer of high-end humidors shows off that connection with fine woodworking. The stylized Elie Bleu Flor de Alba Marquetry Sycamore Backgammon Set resembles a cigar box on the outside and on the inside the points (the long triangles on the board) are replaced by 24 cigar designs. Tobacco leaves adorning the middle of the board continue the motif. ($7,960)

Aubi & Ramsa

We All Scream for (Adult) Ice Cream
Remember the bonding moment of going out for ice cream with Dad? Now, there’s a more grownup way to share the excitement. Aubi & Ramsa, infuses premium ice cream with high-quality spirits, including such flavors as Highland Truffle (Macallan 12), Key Lime Martini (Hendrick’s Gin) and Coco Loco (Espolòn Reposado Tequila). Founded in 2017, the company has multiple “ice cream bar” locations in Florida and Manhattan, but for those a bit farther away, the company ships nationally through GoldBelly’s website. Order a 14-ounce container or a mix for all family members (over the age of 21, of course) to enjoy together. (prices vary)

Rock-Ola Bubbler American Beauties CD Jukebox

Rocking the (CD) Jukebox
Old CDs aren’t doing anyone any good piled up and gathering dust in the basement. The fun way to make them easily accessible is the Rock-Ola Bubbler American Beauties CD Jukebox. Literally bubbling with retro cool, this California-made jukebox is modeled after the Wurlitzer 100, the original jukebox. And it comes packed with loads of modern features. Capable of holding up to 100 CDs, this jukebox boasts five speakers, Bluetooth connectivity and works with Sonos and external speaker systems. The cabinet is available in three finish options: light oak, walnut or satin black. It also comes with a one-year warranty. ($10,250)

Holy Grail Steak Co.

Here’s the Beef
When it’s time to up your beef game, two distinctions typically come to mind. The problem is that the terms “Wagyu” and “Kobe” are often thrown around carelessly (and fraudulently). But Holy Grail Steak Co. brings you the genuine article. We recommend going straight to the top with the BMS 12 Kobe Japanese A5 Wagyu Strip or Ribeye (14 oz., $399). The marbling is impossibly succulent, the tenderness unprecedented and the levels of unctuousness will change Dad’s opinion of steak forever. (prices vary)

Orlebar Brown Sylvan Lino

Elegant Linens
The timing of Father’s Day–at the cusp of summer–suggests threads for hot weather. Lightweight linen shirts deliver a combination of relaxed fit and ultimate cool. Orlebar Brown's Summer ’26 collection offers elevated fabrics and eye-catching stripes and prints. We’re particular to the British menswear brand’s Sylvan Lino Shirt in Nightfall Blue. The long-sleeve, button-through linen shirt is crafted with a Capri collar to soften the silhouette and a pleated back yoke to allow for ease of movement. Imitation mother-of-pearl buttons and a concealed placket provide visual interest and a touch of refinement. It’s an easygoing shirt with sophisticated details, perfect for leisurely days that lead into more elegant evenings. ($525)

The Finest in the Field: A History of Baseball Through 50 Iconic Gloves

For the Glove of the Game
By the look of balls and bats, Major League Baseball hasn’t changed much over time. Same size, color and number of stitches in the former. Same basic shape and material in the latter. But check out The Finest in the Field: A History of Baseball Through 50 Iconic Gloves (Rizzoli) and you’ll see that that other all-important piece of equipment–the baseball mitt–has constantly evolved. From being simple fingerless numbers with padded palms they are now customized in a rainbow of colors, with shape, webbing, laces and stitching to order. The book not only the tells the story of gloves, but some of the stellar plays they were involved in, (e.g. The Catch by Willie Mays). You’ll see the mitts donned by such legends as Rogers Hornsby, Jackie Robinson, Roberto Clemente and Brooks Robinson. Johnny Bench, a not-too-shabby fielder himself, wrote the foreword. ($45)
