New York City will soon have one less upscale tobacconist. Davidoff of Geneva announced that it will be closing its Brookfield Place location in lower Manhattan. Since April of 2016, Davidoff Brookfield Place has served as the city’s flagship retail store, set in a tony shopping gallery alongside other high-end boutiques such as Ferragamo, Luis Vuitton and Bottega Veneta. It’s scheduled to close in September. After that, three more Davidoffs will remain in New York—one on Madison Avenue (which is presently closed, but is scheduled to reopen soon), one on 6th Avenue near Central Park and one in Brooklyn, a non-flagship store licensed to operator Matador Cigars.

But New York isn’t the only city losing a Davidoff. The River Oaks location in Houston, Texas, will be closing this September as well. It also opened in 2016.

“Both our River Oaks and Brookfield Place stores have been a treasured location for our valued clients,” says Lana Fraser, head of marketing and retail at Davidoff of Geneva USA. “While we have made a difficult decision to close these two locations, we remain dedicated to serving our customers at our 6th Avenue, New York City location, and our newly renovated Madison Avenue store, which will reopen in the summer of this year . . . We sincerely appreciate the dedication and contributions of the River Oaks and Brookfield teams and extend our heartfelt gratitude to our patrons for their loyalty and support.”
