Aging Room Maker Joins ProCigar

Jochi Blanco is joining ProCigar.

Blanco, the owner of Tabacalera La Palma in Tamboril, Dominican Republic, was named a new member of ProCigar earlier this afternoon at a press conference. His formal introduction will take place tonight at a dinner held in Santiago.

Blanco is best known for making the Aging Room blend. The Aging Room Quattro F55 Concerto was named Cigar Aficionado's No. 2 cigar of 2013.

ProCigar, the association of cigarmakers in the Dominican Republic, is holding it's annual festival this week.
