Viaje Fifteen Plus Two And A Half Anniversary Silver

Tasting Note
Birthday celebrations in the cigar world are not uncommon, but they normally fall on even-numbered years. Viaje wanted to do something different. Its Fifteen Plus Two and a Half Anniversary Silver not only celebrates an odd anniversary in the company’s history (17 years in business), but was also the best Viaje we’ve smoked in recent history. This box-pressed toro is produced by Aganorsa Leaf in Nicaragua and covered in a Nicaraguan Criollo wrapper. The cigar is as festive in flavor as it is in theme, as this is a nutty smoke with notes of gingerbread, caramel and Christmas cake. Touches of candied orange peel and nutmeg precede the buttercream finish.
